Cedar, fibre cement (HardiePlank and similar), vinyl, and stucco. We do both repairs to existing cladding and full re-clads. If you're not sure what you have, we'll identify it on the assessment visit.
How long does a siding job take?
A single-wall repair typically takes 1–3 days. A full exterior re-clad on an average Vancouver home runs 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity and material lead times. We'll give you an accurate timeline in the written scope.
Do you handle permits?
Yes — for work that requires a permit, we pull it and include it in the scope. Not all siding repairs require permits, but full re-clads typically do. We'll confirm on the assessment.
What warranty do you offer?
Workmanship warranty on every job. Siding and cladding work carries our longest term. The specifics are spelled out in the scope you sign — not buried in a brochure.
